Terumo CVS operates four sites in North America. Each location has its own core competencies.

ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN
Ann Arbor, Michigan is Terumo Cardiovascular Systems' headquarters. Ann Arbor's goal is to provide new innovative products to cardiac and vascular surgical teams. Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Customer Service, Administration, and Research and Development are based here. The Ann Arbor facility also includes manufacturing operations for medical devices (heart-lung machines, cooling/heating devices) and disposable products, such as cannulae.

Ann Arbor is also the home of Terumo Heart, Inc.'s headquarters.

ELKTON, MARYLAND
Elkton, Maryland designs, prototypes and produces products used in open-heart surgery including oxygenators, centrifugal pumps, myocardial protection products, and arterial filters, as well as interventional cardiology and radiology introducer sheaths.

TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA
The Tustin, California facility designs and manufactures cardiovascular monitoring systems used in cardiac surgery. This includes the CDI™ 101 and 500 blood gas monitoring products.

ASHLAND, MASSACHUSSETTS
Ashland, Massachusetts designs and manufactures custom tubing packs.
