We provide competitive base pay that is consistent with the labor market and reflects the associate's responsibilities, performance and value to the company.

In addition to competitive wages, Terumo CVS offers incentive plans designed to motivate associates to achieve and exceed company goals and objectives. Every associate is covered by an incentive plan and has the opportunity to earn additional compensation for performance that helps the company achieve its goals and objectives.

CAREERS

The health and well-being of associates are invaluable to Terumo CVS. Associates can take advantage of a benefits plan that is comprehensive and flexible. They can select the insurance coverage that best meets their needs in several important areas. The program includes the following benefit options:

Medical
Terumo CVS offers two medical plans that provide different levels of medical coverage. Both plans offer a broad range of medical services. Our Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) is a group of health care providers that includes doctors, hospitals, and ancillary providers. The PPO option includes preventative care services and a prescription drug card. PPO coverage also allows associates to use PPO health care providers and non-PPO providers at different coverage levels. Terumo CVS also offers Catastrophic Major Medical coverage which provides access to full-scale medical services.

Dental
Terumo CVS offers dental coverage at variable levels for preventative and diagnostic procedures, basic dental services, major restorative services, and orthodontia coverage.

Vision
Vision care coverage for examinations and lenses, frames or contact lenses is included in the benefits plan.

401K
Terumo CVS offers a Savings & Investment Plan to associates who have completed 3 months of service. Associates can save up to 60% of their pay up to the maximum allowed by federal legislation. All contributions and earnings are federal income tax-free, as long as the money remains in the plan. Terumo CVS matches 50% of the first 8% of pay that an associate contributes. Associates become vested in Terumo's contributions gradually over 5 years of service.

Pension Plan
Terumo CVS' pension plan provides a monthly income at retirement. There is no associate contribution to the plan and all associates, who are at least 21 years of age, are automatically enrolled in the plan after 1 year of service. Survivor benefits are also offered.

Life, Accident, and Disability insurance
Terumo CVS provides basic life insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage at no cost to the associate. Additional coverage and coverage for other family members is also available. Terumo CVS offers short-term and long-term disability coverage to replace part of an associate's earnings if he/she becomes disabled due to injury or sickness.

Reimbursement Accounts
Terumo CVS offers a Health Care Reimbursement Account and a Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account. The Health Care Reimbursement Account allows the use of pre-tax dollars to pay for medical, dental, and vision expenses that are not covered by other insurance policies. The Dependent Day Care Reimbursement Account allows the use of pre-tax dollars to pay for a dependent's day care with a licensed day care provider.

Long-Term Care
Terumo CVS provides company-paid, long-term care benefits for all associates. Long-term care services include, but are not limited to, help with daily activities at home, respite care, home health care, adult day care, and care in a nursing home. Associates have the option to increase their benefit amount. Associates are also eligible to apply for benefits coverage for their spouse, parents, and grandparents (to age 79).

Employee/Family Assistance Program
Terumo CVS offers a confidential counseling and referral service that can assist associates and their families when dealing with life's challenges.

Educational Assistance
Terumo CVS offers reimbursement for approved educational courses after 3 months of service in order to assist associates in their career development.

Adoption Assistance
Terumo CVS encourages and supports associates who are in the process of adopting one or more children by providing a stipend upon completion of the adoption procedure.

Scholarship Program
Terumo CVS' scholarship program is open to the children and grandchildren of Terumo associates to encourage the pursuit of higher education and to assist in the funding of their education.

Worldwide Travel Assistance Services
Terumo CVS offers worldwide emergency travel assistance that can provide help with just one call when traveling 100 miles or more from home or in a foreign country.

Other Benefits
In addition to the comprehensive benefits listed above, Terumo CVS offers a variety of work schedules, competitive compensation, vacation, holiday, and personal days.
